i want to sleep
so for like a week i have been having the worst sleeps...like in bed at 1 not to fall asleep til 3 or falling asleep then waking up at 4 not to fall back asleep til like 6...i hate it...and it's not cuz of dreams cuz that's what it usually is...i don't know it's just happening...i actually slept on the futon last night...cuz my bed was just not working for me...usually i drink a glass of milk and i'm good but not even that will work...if you have advice on how to sleep let me know...hopefully tonight will be ok
